Alice Capitani is an Olympic gymnast from Italy, Founder and Director of Split Academy.
After being part of the Italian Gymnastics National team, competing in many national and international competitions , including the Olympic Games of Sydney 2000, Alice started working around the world as an acrobatic & aerial performer.
Alice was selected as a cast member of several theatre productions, including Batman Live World Arena Tour(Warner Bros) and Jesus Christ Superstar World Arena Tour(Andrew Lloyd Webber), touring in Europe, South America and Australia.
Alice also performed her handbalancing , contortion and aerial acts in many events, as well as prestigious venues all over the world, including The Box Soho(London), Baroque Mayfair(London), Circus Restaurant(London), Supperclub(London and Dubai), White (Dubai and Beirut), Cove Beach (Dubai).
Alice is a Level 3 FIG Artistic Gymnastics Coach, with more than 10 years of coaching experience.
In 2008 Alice received the prestigious award of “World Class Gymnast”, rewarded by the International Gymnastics Federation (FIG) for the results achieved during her gymnastics career.
