About Lisa Pearson

Lisa Pearson is a Gymnastics Coach, Dance Teacher and Professional Performer from Edinburgh, Scotland.
She started off as a gymnast at the age of 4 and continued competitively until 18 years old. Successfully competing nationally and internationally, she became Scottish Champion at the age of 12 and again at 13. She then moved on to Teamgym Gymnastics. Teamgym consists of tumble, floor, trampette and vault, and is done in a team.

Lisa & her team were placed 1st in the UK, after successfully competing & winning the British Championships. Following this they then represented Great Britain in the European Championships in Sweden 2010.

After many years of training & competitions, Lisa then went down the route of becoming a professional dancer & performer as a career.

She went on to study professional stage dance at a theatre school in Scotland for three years, she is trained in ballet, jazz, modern, tap, commercial, contemporary & Spanish dance.
As soon as she graduated she was scouted by an agent who offered her a job to dance in Bollywood movies & music videos in India. She did this for 6 months travelling all around India with the top movie stars such as John Abraham, Shahrukh Khan, Amitabh Bachchan.

After her contract in India, she then accepted another performing job and toured China for 4 months with a dance company as a dancer/gymnast. Shortly after returning from China she was asked to go to Singapore to work with another performing company, which she did for 6 months.
She then moved Dubai, where she has been performing and coaching gymnastics.

Lisa has coached gymnastics from the age of 14 years old when she started off as an assistant coach. Then going on to becoming a lead gymnastics coach and a trained dance teacher & choreographer.

She has worked for many companies, gymnastics clubs & dance schools, teaching children from 2 years old all the way up to adults and elite high performance squad gymnasts & dancers.
