Split Academy is an Elite Academy for Gymnasts, Dancers and Future performers.
We offer classes for Artistic Gymnastics and Acro dance for beginners , as well as for advanced competitive teams, with programmes developed by Olympic Gymnast Alice Capitani.
In our Artistic Gymnastics classes, where the students develop flexibility, strength, coordination and agility, gymnasts learn skills on Vault, Uneven Bars, Beam and Floor.
Our exciting Acro Dance programme is based on a combination of gymnastics and dance skills and choreographies.
Acro dance students learn how to perform acrobatic tricks, gymnastics and dance elements, partner work and lifts, transitioning into routines which require harmony and expressivity.
At Split Academy we believe in understanding the individuality of each student, both for their physical skills and their personalities.
We believe that the values of discipline and hard work need to be taught in a positive and stimulating environment.
We believe in optimizing the valuable training time, delivering a quality session , with attention to details, while learning basic or advanced skills.
