DEVELOPMENT TEAM

Split Academy Development is a course for children aged 6+ who are working
towards Level 1/Level 2 FIG competitions.

Gymnasts train on Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor, practicing both elements and
competition routines.

The sessions are focused on developing flexibility, strength, perfecting the form of the
gymnastics skills and developing new skills, with specific drills and conditioning.
