SENIOR TEAM

Split Academy Senior Team classes are for children aged 8+ with extensive previous experience in
Artistic Gymnastics.

Children in this Team are competing Level 4 and above FIG; an assessment with Head Coach
Alice Capitani is required to be invited to the Senior Team.

Gymnasts train on Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor, practising both elements and competition routines.

The sessions are focused on developing flexibility, strength, perfecting the form of the gymnastics
skills and developing new skills, with specific drills and conditioning.
